Meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance by Dee Leonard

 FUNDRAISING/DONNA BROCCO                       

                        Friendly’s night August 16 from 5pm to 8 pm. Will do mini Chinese auction, 50/50 and coin drop. Plan to have at least 30 baskets for Chinese auction at West Deptford Day. Also selling spirit wear at Parents Preview night. 

Congratulations to our new Drum Major – Colleen McKendry and her assistants Maddie Brown and Jim Deacon 

Tuesday Aug 21, parent visit, will meet at the high school at 10:00 am and should be at camp by 11:30 to set up.  Sign up sheet for suggested food list at meeting tonight and will also have list on Sunday Aug 19 for parents, when sending kids off to camp. 

Friday night Performance and Ice Cream Social Aug 24. Will have Spirit Wear and Sign up sheet for Cavalcade. 

Pre Season football game August 25 at 9:30. 

Family Fun Day September 8 will have large Chinese Auction; hope to do at least 30 baskets.  Ideas for baskets, Pet basket, candle, auto, clean, laundry, pasta, holiday, coffee/tea, school supply, baking, movie, crafts, gardening and party supplies. 

Cavalcade, Ads due Aug 13, will make extra books for people that took out full page ads to give them.  Will do thank you card also.  Will have JMJ photography for action shots. Will also have Cross Brothers to do t-shirts on demand and we will get percentage of profit.  

Day camp Aug 13 to Aug 16. Followed by our Friendly’s fundraiser. 

Question did come up at meeting on price of band camp, went up $20.00 to $30.00.  

Motion to adjourn was made by Mike Brocco and seconded by Gretchen Segado.
