Tuesday 11/22 - WD Middle School Performance - Permission Form
The WDMB is traveling to the middle school. We will be performing two assemblies.
=> Percussion students are asked to report directly to the MS by 7:15am.
=> All HS winds and color guard are to report to the HS at 7:00am. Students will then change into full uniform, load on buses and be on our way by 7:30am.
=> All MS winds and color guard are to report to the MS in full uniform at 7:30am.
=> GCIT students are to report to the MS in full uniform at 7:30am.

Friday, 11/25 - Football (H) Paulsboro
5:00pm – Report
6:40pm - Move to Stadium
7:00pm – Game starts
9:30pm – Game ends

=> Dinner will be provided at the end of the West Cape May parade by our band parents.
=> Students will need a red & white Santa hat for the parades. We will be using these in place of our uniform hats.

9:20am – Depart for Salem Christmas Parade
11:00am – Parade begins
1:00pm – Depart for West Cape May
2:00pm – Lunch stop in Bridgeton (Rt 77 & Rt 49)
3:00pm – Continue to West Cape May Parade
4:00pm – Arrive in West Cape May
5:00pm – Parade begins
7:00pm – Complete parade, have pizza dinner

8:00pm – Depart for WDHS
9:45pm – Arrive at WDHS
9:50pm – Dismissed
Sunday, 12/4 - Football Game (H) Rowan University

After the football game we will be collecting and storing all equipment.
COLLECTION OF UNIFORMS
ALTERNATE UNIFORM POLO SHIRTS
=> Please return your freshly washed polo shirt in a Ziploc freezer bag with your name written on it.
=> After we return from the football game we will be collecting all uniforms. All Uniforms will be inspected for all assigned parts & any possible damage.
=> All band uniforms must be return on the two provided band hangers. One for Jacket, one for pants.
EQUIPMENT COLLECTION & STORAGE
=> All Color Guard Equipment will be sorted and stored after the football game.
=> All Drumline Equipment will be cleaned, cased and stored after the football game.
=> All Front Ensemble Equipment will be cleaned, cased and stored after the football game.
=> Marching Band Officers should plan to stay to assist in helping with the collection and tear down of all marching band equipment.
