October 31, 2025 – Reservation form & non- refundable deposit of $250.00
November 25, 2025 – Required non-refundable payment of $175.00 DUE
December 19, 2025 – Required non-refundable payment of $125.00 DUE *
January 16, 2026 – Required non-refundable payment of $175.00 DUE *
February 12, 2026 – Required non-refundable payment of $175.00 DUE *
March 12, 2026 – Required non-refundable payment of $175.00 DUE *
April 10, 2026 – Required non-refundable FINAL balance - Estimated $175.00*
