Trip Payments

Online Payments
​Online payments are accepted. 
There is a 4% convenience fee for all online payments.

Please make all checks out to "West Deptford High School"
Please submit all payments in an envelope with your student’s name & “California Trip” labeled on it.

Payment Schedule

September 30 – Reservation form & non-refundable deposit of $300.00
October 30 – Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
November 30 – Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
December 23 - Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
January 31 – Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
February 26 – Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
March 31 – Required Non-refundable payment of $200.00 DUE*
April 30 – Required Non-refundable FINAL payment of  approx. $200.00 DUE*
 
(Adults will add $50 to deposit and all payments listed above.)
* - Fund Raising credits may be used as part or all of this payment.
