We can't stand the suspense! We knew this year was going to be full of anticipation, but this may be a bit too much. The WDMB was ready to roll this past Saturday at Williamstown, then Mother Nature put the breaks on us with some rain. Thank you to everyone for sticking with us and supporting these kids. We'll make it to the competition field very soon!

This week we have several things to get excited about. This upcoming Friday will be a HUGE night at WDHS. We have the homecoming football game vs Haddonfield. We also have our WDHS Marching Band Middle School Night where we invite interested current 7th & 8th grade students to join us for the evening. Full details are here. Due to losing a full performance, we have decided that we will be doing our halftime performance with full costumes and field props! We can't wait to get this full production in front of an audience. 

We also have what is now our 1st competition this Sunday at Madison HS. This show is a bit of a hike to North Jersey, but the WDMB will make it worth the trip. All students will be responsible for packing their own lunch on this date.

Competition Tickets -  Tickets are available for our upcoming show at Madision HS. Only adult tickets are available from Mr. Kershaw.  Students/Seniors tickets are available at the gate at the show.  Be sure to purchase your adult tickets from Mr. Kershaw. We keep the proceeds from the adult tickets we sell.  Only cash is accepted for all ticket sales.

It’s time to get excited! Marching Band at the high school is an amazing activity where we make awesome music with our closest friends. We want you to see our marching band in action and get you inspired to be a part of our band next year!

We know that the marching band activity can look a little intimidating at first. We assure you that you can do it! Everyone in the band has been where you are, and we know you will be a great addition to our band family. We need you and look forward to meeting you on Friday, October 3.

ITS A SHOW WEEK! We are so excited to take our MASQUERADE show on the road!

Thank you to everyone who made it to our preview thsi past Saturday. We are so excited to continue to build on this strong foundation over the next weeks. It was really awesome to see so many friends and family come out to support us. We know the best is yet to come!

This week we have THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL at HOME. The game time is 7pm, not 6pm. Being that this is a school night, we will release our band members as soon as possible. 

Without Friday Night football we have rehearsal 5p-8p. This is an hour earlier start & end as we prep for Saturday's competitive debut. Hopefully the kids take advantage and get some extra rest.

Tour Shirts - Our tour shirt order has been placed. Thank you to our "Artist in Residence" Mr. Parisi for again putting in his own time to create our very own artwork for the shirts. We are very lucky to have such resources among our parents. There will be a very limited supply of extra shirt for purchase on a first come, first served basis.

PIt Crew - Thank you to all of the parents and alumni parents who us get on & off the field. We could not do this with out you. Any parents looking to help out can come out on Wednesday nights during rehearsal. They always have a very good time. :)

Band Hallway Decorations - It's feeling like a MASQUERADE BALL around here! Thank you to our band parents who made the band room entry come alive. The hallway outside the band room has been decorated with art work, banners and lots of Masks for the staff and students to personalize! The kids really love these special touches. Thank you for making them feel loved.

Video Recordings - We ask that you do not post any video recordings of the WDMB until after the season is complete. We are constantly improving and adding to the show, and we do not want to be judged by any previous performance. Yes, people check things out, if available. We want everyone to experience our show LIVE. Thank you.
