1st Place 96.40 Best Music
This past Saturday was an amazing day. The WDMB captured the 2024 Group II, Open Class TOB NJ State Championship! With a score of 96.40, the WDMB took first place in Group II and was the 2nd highest scoring band across all groups who attended the contest (51 bands). The WDMB also took the award for Best Overall Music. It was an exciting event and a great way to launch into ACC's week.
MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND NIGHT
Friday's Middle school band night was a HUGE success! We opened our doors and met 20+ WDMS students interested in being a part of the 2025 WDMB. We had students interested in all areas including percussion, woodwinds, brass, and color guard all come out to join us. A good time was had by all and the future is VERY BRIGHT!
LOOKING AHEAD...
From our first rehearsals in July until now, it all comes down to one final performance. This group has grown into an amazing performance ensemble. Supportive team work and the constant pursuit of excellence has driven this group of young performers to the highest level of excellence. They are proof that together WE can do anything!
This is the week we've been working so hard towards! Its going to be an incredible week as we work to max out our 2024 program and show everyone to MADNESS IN THE MOONLIGHT one last time. We have an altered rehearsal schedule this week due to Halloween falling on Thursday.
ACC SEND-OFF PERFORMANCE
At the conclusion of Friday's rehearsal, we want to present our full program to our family & friends one last time before we head into Hershey. This is great time for anyone who cannot make it to Hershey to come see our 2024 production one more time. Please come to the stadium @8:30pm and cheer these kids on! All are invited!
BTW - ACCs will be the final performance of this production!

Heading into Hershey the WDMB is ranked #1, and everyone is pushing hard preparing for the final showdown. We have awesome competitors and we want to wish everyone the very best and good skills in Hershey.
