Quarantine has slowed most of us down. Let's get fit!
Marching band is a physical activity and requires healthy participants.
If we are going to perform our best, we must prepare our bodies.
We are asking all members to track their daily steps. Almost every personal device has a way to track steps.
There are many apps available that make tracking steps a simple task.
We are setting some very reasonable goals for all of our members.
June 2020 - 4,000 steps per day
July 2020 - 5,500 steps per day
August 2020 - 7,000 steps per day
