Here we are! The final week of our 2020 season. We have truly lived our "Adapt and Overcome" philosophy. 
Thank you to everyone who has supported our efforts through this unique time.

We have two final events to complete the season.

Tuesday, November 24 – Final Rehearsal 6p-8p
   (Recording rehearsal)

Wednesday, November 25 – FB (H) Penns Grove
   3:30pm – Report/Warmups
   4:40pm – Move to stadium
   4:55pm – National Anthem
   5:00pm – Game Begins
   6:10pm – Final WDMB Halftime performance!
   7:30pm – Game ends/Load
   7:45pm – Dismissed 

Wednesday 12/2 6p-8p - Uniform & Equipment Collection

On Wednesday, 12/2 all members will be required to return their uniforms and provided equipment at the high school between 6p-8p.  You may come by anytime during those hours. All uniforms will be immediately sent for cleaning. 

Items to be returned (Band Members):

• Uniform Jacket on provided uniform hanger
• Uniform pants on 2nd provided uniform hanger
• Garment bag
• Pep band flip folio
• Any provided Instruments

Items to be returned (Color Guard):

• Uniform Top
• Uniform Pants
• Any provided Color Guard equipment

Items that do not get returned:

• Shoes - Store for future use
• Gloves - Store for future use
• Band Caps - Store for future use
• Masks - These are yours to keep and use.

Band officers will be asked to help facilitate equipment collection and storage 6p-9p.

2020 SEASON COMPLETE!

Hello everyone,

Here are some details for tonight's FB game....

1. Ticket vouchers will be available at drop off. We will also have a staff member at the gate for voucher pickup.

2. It is going to be a bit chilly tonight. Students are encouraged add a thin layer under their uniforms. It is not necessary for them to add 10 layers! Students may wear scarves and ear coverings as long as they are green, white or black.

3. Report time has been updated and will be 4:30pm.

BAND DAY WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!

On behalf of the band members and staff we want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Band Day Event a success.

=> Thank you to everyone who helped setup and cleanup.
=> Thank you to everyone who came out and cheered on this great group of kids!

It may have seemed like a simple day, but this was a much needed and very much appreciated day for the program. Again, thank you to everyone for your support!

We have 3 more weeks of performance events!  Just this past week, we received our remaining football schedule and it includes 3 home football game performances. The WDMB will be IN CONCERT at each of these remaining events!

=> Friday, November 13th v. Sterling.  6pm @ WDHS
=> Thursday, November 19th v. Woodbury.  6pm @ WDHS
=> Wednesday, November 25th v. Penns Grove.  5pm @ WDHS

Tickets for these final FB games will be handled the same as previous events. Each student will be given 2 ticket vouchers prior to the event. Unused vouchers should be returned so we can offer them to other interested family & friends.

IMPORTANT!
There are 3 performances before this season is complete. We must keep up our energy and attendance until the end. Students who do not meet these final performance obligations will not receive band awards/honors.  The full band has obligations and just because they are “only football games” students are asked to not schedule other events or create conflicts. Every performance is important and every member is obligated to be in attendance! Let's finish 2020 stronger than ever!
