Thank you to everyone for all of your support and commitment to these students.  Your support is what makes WD special.  We are certainly fortunate to be blessed with so many caring supporters.

To the students:  Your work ethic, care for one another, dedication, determination and perseverance are qualities that you will carry on into your future.  It is our hope that your successes on the field are moments that make you proud.  You earned all of the accolades, all of the applause and all of the respect this program has received.  You are the premier program of WDHS.

All Band & Color Guard uniforms should have been returned this week.  
If you have not done so already, please return your freshly washed polo shirt in a Ziploc freezer bag with your name written on it.

OTHER NEWS...
=> Save-around coupon book orders are due this Thursday.
=> WD BOE will be recognizing the WDMB's championship season at their next meeting on Monday, Dec. 21 at 7pm.  All members and their parents are invited and should plan to attend.
=> We are looking to schedule our ACC Victory Party for January 22 or 29.  More details to follow as soon as we confirm the date!

Now that marching band is completed,  Concert Band and Jazz band are getting ready for the upcoming Holiday Concert performance.  The concert is scheduled for Thursday, December 17 at 7pm.

This week marks the end of what will remain a legendary season for the West Deptford Marching Band.  
This season has been a true pleasure.   Thank you to everyone for all they have given to the WDMB this year!

Due to not knowing when the final FB game would be scheduled, we were not able to participate in the Salem Christmas Parade this year.  Their lineup was full by the time we knew what the schedule would be.  :(

This week we have two final performances: 

• West Cape May Christmas Parade, Saturday 12/5

West Cape May Parade Info for Spectators:
West Cape May Parade begins at 5pm
Review stand is on Perry Street.

• Championship Football Game at Rowan University, Sunday 12-6

​After the football game we will be collecting and storing all equipment.

COLLECTION OF UNIFORMS
ALTERNATE UNIFORM POLO SHIRTS
=> Please return your freshly washed polo shirt in a Ziploc freezer bag with your name written on it this week.

FULL UNIFORM 
=> After we return from the football game we will be collecting all uniforms.   All Uniforms will be inspected for all assigned parts & any possible damage.

EQUIPMENT COLLECTION & STORAGE
=> All Color Guard Equipment will be sorted and stored after the football game.
=> All Drumline Equipment will be cleaned, cased and stored after the football game.
=> All Front Ensemble Equipment will be cleaned, cased and stored after the football game.
=> Marching Band Officers should plan to stay to assist in helping with the collection and tear down of all marching band equipment.

- Full Uniform
- Santa Hat (Traditional Style, Red & White) 
- Snacks for the bus ride
1:30pm – Report/Load Buses
2:00pm – Depart for West Cape May Parade
4:00pm – Arrive in West Cape May
5:00pm – Parade  begins
7:00pm – Complete parade, have pizza dinner (Ocean & Washington St.)
8:00pm – Depart for WDHS
9:45pm – Arrive at WDHS
9:50pm – Dismissed

Sunday, 12/6– Football Game (H) Rowan University 
9:00am - Report/Load buses
9:15am - Depart for Rowan University
9:40am - Arrive at Rowan University
11:00am - Game starts
1:30pm - Game ends
1:45pm - Depart for WDHS
2:15pm - Arrive at WDHS, Unload at HS
2:30pm - Uniform Collection begins
3:00pm - Uniform Collection is complete
3:15pm - Dismissed
