Dear Students & Parents,
Welcome to our first fundraiser of the 2014-2015 Band Season. We would like to cordially invite you, your family, friends and anyone else who enjoys breakfast to accompany us to the Deptford Appleby’s on August 16th from 8-10 a.m. The restaurant will open just for our group and will serve pancakes, eggs, juice, coffee, etc. All we need to make this a huge success is you!
Ticket prices are $8.00 a piece and $5.00 of the ticket price will go directly into your students account. Students are being asked to volunteer with serving and busing tables (no cooking or washing dishes involved). The maximum amount of tickets we can sell is 300. If all of our kids sell at least 2 tickets each, we will be more than successful in this fundraiser.
Ticket orders and money must be turned in by August 5th. Any Questions or concerns please feel free to call me at (856) 848-3981 or my cell phone, (856) 981-4434. So how about coming out and supporting your West Deptford Championship Marching Band and let’s get to know each other.
