Dorney Park Trip - Rescheduled!

​Due to the predicted unhealthy air quality conditions, we postponed our trip To Dorney Park.
​The trip has been rescheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Wednesday, June 21, 2023 - Itinerary

• 8:45am Report to WDHS/board buses
• 9:00am Depart for Dorney Park
• 10:30am - Arrive at Dorney Park
• 3:00pm – Check in with staff, Location: TBD
• 8:30pm - Meet at main entrance
• 9:00pm - Depart for WD
• 10:30pm - Arrive at WD

 
Now that the trip has a different date, this may impact individuals in one of 2 ways:

1. New date allows someone who had a prior conflict to attend. :)
2. New date causes a conflict and prevents someone from attending. :(

 
Good news! Any student who would like to now attend who was not originally on the trip can still get on board.
Please complete and return this form long with payment by Tuesday, June 13.
 
Any student who cannot attend must request a refund by Tuesday, June 13th.
​Due to the prepaid nature of this event, we cannot offer any refunds after Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

1. Please apply my current payment balance towards next year's band & choir trip.
2. Please refund my out-of-pocket payments as soon as possible, when available.

• If you requested to have your out-of-pocket payments refunded, to whom would you like the check be made?

If you have always been on the trip and still plan on attending, there is nothing you need to do. We are assuming all who were signed up are still planning on attending unless a refund request is made.
