Elks Parade - Wildwood, NJ - June 7, 2014

2013 Wildwood Parade

9:30am - Report at WDHS
10:00am - Depart for Wildwood
12:00pm - Arrive/Unload/Warm-up
12:30pm - Line-up
1:00pm - Step-off
2:30pm - Complete parade
3:00pm - Eat (Food provided by Deptford Elks Lodge)
4:00pm - Depart for Boardwalk
6:30pm - Return to bus location - TBA
7:00pm - Depart for WDHS
9:00pm – Arrive at WDHS
 

• Students should have a change of clothes.
  
• Students should bring a snack or lunch to eat on bus ride to the parade.
  
• Students will need $$$ for dinner on boardwalk.
  

 

Elks Parade Attire (Same as Memorial Day) Musicians

• Uniform Shirt - Provided
• Uniform Cap - Provided
• Solid Black Pants
• Solid Black Band Shoes & Black Socks.

Color Guard

• Uniform Shirt - Provided
• Solid Black Shorts with respectable length – No short-shorts or cut-offs!!!
• Solid White Shoes/Sneakers.

• White Socks.

Parade Route:  The parade lines up on around 20th and Atlantic, marches south down Atlantic Ave and ends at E. Aster Rd. & Atlantic Ave.  About 1.8 miles!

Note:  We will be taking buses to and from the parade.  All students must ride the bus.  Students may not “meet” us at the parade.  Additionally, no one may leave directly from the parade without a written letter from a parent and visible contact with parent. 

Lunch Location: Elks Hotel: Beach Terrace Hotel - Oak & Atlantic

Parade runs down Atlantic Ave and ends @Aster Ave
