Week 4 - Group 2 Open Class Rankings WHAT AN AMAZING START TO OUR COMPETITIVE SEASON! This past Saturday the WDMB jumped into the competition season with a great debut. Our opening score of 87.80 earned us second place finish out of five competing bands. Our score is also the 2nd highest score in the entire TOB circuit across all classes and group sizes. We want to thank everyone who came out and supported and cheered us on.
WELCOME TO BAND-TOBER! October is the heart of our season. We look forward to seeing our band continue to refine and develop the program. Competitions begin to heat up. Our members really begin to gain strong confidence, and the show really strengthens.
PARENTS!!! TONIGHT we have our most important parents meeting of the year! It's our last meeting before our Home Show and we need everyone!! Please make every effort to come out - 8pm in the WDHS Band room. Thank you!!!
This week we have our Homecoming football game and 2 competitions. After such a great start, we can’t wait to keep the gears spinning. All tickets for the Millville show are available at the gate. Tickets for the JFK show on Sunday are available from Mr. Kershaw. Tickets for the JFK show are $10 for adults & $5 for students and senior citizens. Only adult tickets are available from Mr. Kershaw. Only cash is accepted for all ticket purchases.
SCHEDULE CHANGE - Due to a conflict at WDMS, next week's rehearsal schedule will be altered. We are moving the Wednesday, 10/11 rehearsal to Thursday, 10/12. This will allow our MS members to participate in the WDMS event fully and without conflict.
