Group II Open Class Rankings The WDMB is really beginning to hit their stride! This week our members worked so hard to get the full machine moving on the field. The show is filling out quite nicely, and we still have more to come!
We had 3 big performances this past weekend. 1) Friday's Homecoming Football Game performance, 2) Millville Competition & 3) JFK competition. All 3 shows were full of energy got stronger through the weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out to support these hard working kids. They truly respond to your reactions and feedback from the audience. Keep it coming!
Competitively the WDMB continues to thrive. The WDMB is holding strong in week 5 with the 2nd highest score out of 134 bands in TOB! We are excited to see our hard work pay off.
HUGE SHOUT OUTS - Moving "the machine" is a massive undertaking this year. Our traveling convoy includes 4 school buses, one 26' Ryder truck, one pickup truck pulling our 26' band trailer, one pickup truck pulling a landscape trailer and an additional pickup to haul our quad. There are so many people generously contributing to this and all of you need to be recognized and thanked.
We also want to recognize and thank all of the parents who have come out for each of the home football games to work in the concession stand. Our band parents always come through when called upon, and the concession stand is the perfect example. Thank you to everyone who comes out and supports our efforts.
Attendance – We have had near perfect attendance for over 2 weeks! Thank you! We know we have a very demanding October schedule, but the results are clear. Great Attendance = Great Outcomes.
Extra Tour Shirts - We have a small quantity of extra tour shirts available. Sorry, we can't hold shirts. Each shirt is $15 and sold on a first come, first served basis. Sizes available: 4 small, 1 medium, 2 large, 2 XL
Rehearsal Schedule - Without Friday night football, we alter the week to give ourselves a mid-week breather. Be sure to note the rehearsal schedule. This week we are Tuesday (6p-9p), Thursday (6p-9p) & Friday (5p-9p).

This week we will be hosting 20 great marching bands at our 49th Annual "Music in Cadence" Competition. The WDMB show is always a huge hit for everyone attending. Our students, parents and staff are great hosts and we look forward to providing our guest with a great experience. This is a ALL-HANDS-ON-DECK event. Your help is needed and appreciated,
