Hello WDMB Family,
Thank you to everyone for the incredible solidarity we were able to show with our cheer and football teams this past Friday for our parking lot pep rally! The sincere appreciation communicated from the football team, the captain and Mr. Morrell was exactly the communal spirit we wanted to offer to our team. Now, more than ever, we need to support one another and wish the very best for all of our fellow Eagles.
We want to thank the many parents and alumni parents who came out last week to prepare the concession stand for this week’s upcoming football event. We are so appreciative to the dedicated, generous and caring people we have in our WDMB family. THANK YOU!
This week we are preparing for 2 performances:
1) Friday Fall Sports Pep Rally – 12:30pm report, Dismissed at 2:15pm
2) Friday Night Football – 5pm report, Dismissed
DROP OFF AND PICK UPS
All WDMB rehearsal and event drop offs and pickups from here on out will be at the WDHS horseshoe area. All temp screenings will be in the horseshoe area.
PEP RALLY EVENT
Below outlines the logistics of the pep rally event. The event will be livestreamed. Only senior students will be invited to the event and must wear a mask upon entry.

Period 2 - 8:14 - 8:44
Period 3 - 8:48 - 9:18
Period 4 - 9:22 - 9:52
BREAK - 9:52 - 10:02
Period 5 - 10:06 10:36
Period 6 - 10:40 - 11:10
Period 7 - 11:14 - 11:44
From the Athletic Department in regards to tickets for this week’s game:
Each Football Player, Cheerleader and Marching Band member will receive two tickets. Senior Marching Band and Cheer members will receive 3 extra guests for Senior Appreciation on top of the 2 tickets they are receiving. This will give each Senior Marching Band and Cheer member a total of 5 guests. The 3 extra senior passes will be a different color than the rest of the tickets so please send Kim your most updated list of seniors if you have not done so already. We will NOT be charging Senior Guests entrance fee to the game Friday. However, please remember to remind all other participants that the 2 tickets they are receiving only allow them to purchase a ticket at the ticket booth, they are not entry tickets.
Due to the size of our three programs, there will be a very limited number of extra tickets remaining, if any. Please remind your families and community members that the game will be livestreamed for those who are not able to attend.
Our ticket count for each program is as follows:
Marching Band: 65 members = 130 tickets
Cheerleading: 21 members = 42
Football: 56 members = 112
WDMB members will be able to get their tickets this Thursday after rehearsal.

- Dr. Gismondi sent out a modified Pep Rally schedule which will provide for a shorter academic day:

- All pep rally participants will be temperature checked upon arrival. Band members should arrive in the horseshoe for band temp screening.
- Once we begin the Pep Rally at 1:30pm, each team will be announced and walk across the field to the home side of the track.
- After teams are recognized, the Homecoming Court will be announced and will play a socially distant Homecoming Court game.
- After the Homecoming game, the WD Marching Band will perform and the Cheerleaders will perform their routine.
