The 2022-23 school year has begun! We are now 2 weeks into our performance schedule. The summer season has been great. We are very happy that we were able to return to our regular summer schedule including a full 5 day band camp. Thank you to everyone who has helped make our preseason prep a success.
WEEKLY UPDATES - our web service decided to update our accounts which prevented me from starting our season with weekly updates. We are now back on track and every Monday I will detail out that week's rehearsals and performance events. You can always check the WDMB web site for the latest schedule information and updates.

SCHEDULE REVISED - This week we had a schedule flip. Our upcoming FB game at Camden has been moved from Saturday morning to Friday night (6pm kickoff). This has caused a slight shift to our schedule. We simply flipped the scheduled rehearsal and the game. Thursday night will still have nothing scheduled. Revised schedule is posted below.
FINISHING THE SHOW - This week the WDMB will hit a season milestone by learning the final part of our 2022 show. This is a critical step for us as we move forward and prepare for competitive performances. Attendance is always required, but this week it is critical we have amazing attendance.
UNIFORM FITTING - Uniform pants fitting will be held next Tuesday (9/20) at 5pm. If you or someone you know can help with hemming pants, we can really use the help. Please email Mr. Kershaw if you are able to help with this.

FINAL NOTE:
Attendance is the #1 factor of our group's success. Please help us by reducing outside obligations which cause lateness or absence. This will allow us to grow stronger faster as the season progresses. We need a cohesive rebound from last week's cancellations. We can do it! Go WDMB!

- Band Camp Drivers - Thank you to Ed Houghton, John Phillips and Rich Glass for driving our equipment trucks to and from Camp Ramblewood
- Prop Crew - Every Wednesday night we have parents working on our show props. Thank you to all of those who have been coming out on Wednesdays. If you are available and handy, please come out and join us on Wednesdays from 6p-9p.
- Field Crew - Thank you to the field crew who helped us on and off the field this week. We will need some additional hands in the upcoming weeks.
