WHAT A SEASON!!! The WDMB finished their competitive season with all of the poise of a true champion. The WDMB had its best season ever going undefeated and break scoring records all along the way. This truly has been a blessed season.
We have so much to be thankful for including these blessings:
=> Thank you to all of the parents who helped plan and put together the dinner on Saturday night! Everyone had a great time and it really helped pull everyone together before our big day!
=> Thank you to our band dads and alumni band dads who came out week afetr week to move our props and equipment!

=> I would like to thank our incredible staff. Each year our staff grows into a more cohesive unit with one goal, to give the kids the tools they need to succeed. Our staff is extremely caring, talented and committed to the program. Without them, we would be lost. So, to all of our WDMB staff, THANK YOU!!!!!!
IMPORTANT!
Looking ahead, there are still 4 possible football games and the West Cape May Christmas parade before this season is complete. While our largest focus is usually on our TOB competitions, we must now keep up our energy and attendance until the end. Students who do not meet these final performance obligations will not receive any band awards/honors. This is not the time for students to disappear. The full band has obligations and just because they are “only football games” students are not to schedule other events or create conflicts. Every performance is important and every member is obligated to be in attendance!
This week we have only one rehearsal on Wednesday 6pm-8pm. The band will be making audio recordings of the field show. Color guard will begin preparations for the Christmas parades.
On Thursday there will be a meeting with a representative from American Music Abroad program at 7pm. This is only an informational meeting for any students/parents interested in their 3 week European Tour.

Friday we have playoff football here at WDHS!!! Yes, here at WDHS! Yes, a real home game, at WDHS! At halftime the WDMB will be performing the full field show with all of our props. Let's show everyone our full championship performance.
