THIS WEEK...
UNIFORM FITTING (Musicians only)
We will be fitting uniforms this week. All musicians are asked to report at 5pm on Tuesday & Wednesday for fittings. We will be fitting jackets on Tuesday and pants on Wednesday.
=> On Wednesday, we need help from parents who can help us hem uniform pants. If you are handy with a needle & thread, please come out at 5p. Thank you!
Band & Guard shoes: Any band members who still need shoes will need to provide Mr. Kershaw their size on Tuesday. Most students ordered them in the spring, but we will be putting in another order this week. Shoes are $35. Please make checks payable to "West Deptford High School" Guard shoes will be tan this year.

ALTERED REHEARSAL SCHEDULE WHEN NO FRIDAY FB
When we do not have Friday night football, we alter our rehearsal schedule to eliminate a school night rehearsal. We generally move Thursday's rehearsal to Friday and extend rehearsal to 5p-9p. This allow students to better manage their school nights and allow us to better prep for the weekend's performances. This week falls into this format.
FOOTBALL AT PAULSBORO
We will be performing as a pep band only for the first away football game vs Paulsboro. We will be watching the weather forecasts very closely as Hurricane Dorian works its way up the coast. Due to our use of extensive props and sound equipment being used this season, we currently have no plans to march our field show at most away football games.
We will be using our alternate uniform this week for Saturday's FB performance.
This is exactly the same as what we wore on Memorial Day. Replacement caps are $10.
